How to Apply Your Helmet Wrap

1. Clean the Helmet Thoroughly

Before applying the wrap, make sure your helmet is completely clean. Use a cleaner that does not leave behind any residue, wax, or protective coating, as this can affect adhesion.

2. Start with One Decal Section

Peel off one section of the wrap and position it carefully on the helmet.

3. Apply and Use Gentle Heat

Start by attaching one corner and slowly work your way across the surface. Use gentle heat from a heat gun to make the vinyl more flexible and easier to apply.
A hair dryer also works if you don’t have a heat gun.

4. Remove Air Bubbles

If air bubbles appear, apply a little more heat and slowly press them out toward the edges using your fingers or a soft applicator.

5. Let the Wrap Set

Once all decals have been applied, let the helmet sit for around 1 hour to allow the vinyl to settle.

6. Final Heat Treatment

After waiting, go over the helmet again with gentle heat, especially around curves and edges. If any bubbles appear, simply press them out while the vinyl is warm.

Tip: Take your time during installation — slower application usually gives the cleanest result.
