About Our Vinyl

Our helmet wraps are made from a specialized premium vinyl designed specifically for easier application and a cleaner finish compared to traditional motocross decal laminates.

Unlike standard motocross graphics, our material is thinner and more flexible, allowing it to conform more naturally to the shape of the helmet. The vinyl also features micro air-release channels, making installation easier by reducing trapped air and helping prevent bubbles during application.

Another advantage is that the adhesive is designed to be clean removable. That means when you decide to change your design or remove the wrap, it can be peeled off without leaving residue behind — keeping your helmet looking fresh underneath.

Even though the material is thinner than traditional motocross laminate, it is still durable and made to handle everyday use and abuse while maintaining a clean appearance.
