Will the decal leave residue when removed?
No. The adhesive is designed to be residue-free when removed under normal conditions.
Do I need a heat gun?
Yes. A heat gun or hair dryer is required to properly conform the decal to the curves and contours of your helmet and achieve the best finish.
Can the decal stretch around complex shapes?
Yes. The vinyl is designed to stretch when heated, allowing it to conform to complex curves and helmet contours.
What if I get wrinkles or creases during installation?
Most wrinkles and creases can be removed by applying gentle heat and lightly stretching the material. The vinyl has a memory effect and will shrink back toward its original shape when heated.
How long should I wait before riding?
The decal can be be used immediately after installation. For best results, allow it to set for approximately 1 hour, then apply gentle heat and firmly press down all edges and curved areas.
Can I wash my helmet after installation?
Wait at least 24 hours before washing your helmet or exposing it to excessive moisture. This allows the adhesive to fully bond to the surface.
Are the decals durable?
Yes. Our decals are made from high-quality automotive-grade vinyl designed to withstand regular riding conditions.
Will the decals damage my helmet?
No. When installed and removed correctly, the decals will not damage the helmet surface.
Can I remove and reapply the decal later?
